Afternoon Clubs are offered through-out the week and at various times between 14h15 and 17h15 to Alexanders’ students.
An Afternoon Club lasts for 45 minutes and will be charged at N$230 per child per club per month.

Afternoon Club fees:

  • will be invoiced along with the regular school tuition fees - no need to pay separately;

  • will be charged from February to November;

  • are payable a month in advance; and

  • are due by the 3rd of the month. 

Please also note that one calendar month’s notice is required to withdraw a child from an Afternoon Club.

HOMEWORK CLUB & AFTERNOON CLUBS

Homework Club is available Monday to Thursday from 14h15 to 17h15.

Homework Club is split into 2 groups: 



(1) Key Stage One (Reception to Year 2); and 


(2) Key Stage Two+ (Year 3 and upwards).
 

 

Homework Club is available on a 2 days per week or 3 days per week or 4 days per week basis. 
 No drop-in sessions available!



Homework Club fees are:

  • N$420 per month for 2 days per week (N$45 per afternoon); 


  • N$570 per month for 3 days per week (N$42 per afternoon); and 


  • N$620 per month for 4 days per week (N$35 per afternoon).


Homework Club fees:
(a) will be invoiced along with the regular school tuition fees.

(b) are charged from February to November (10 monthly payments);

(c) are payable in advance; 

(d) are due by the 3rd of the month; and 

(e) require 1 month’s notice to cancel.
